Expandagap BG1

Expandagap BG1 is a fine cell polyurethene foam in precompressed form, specifically designed to expand to fill regular or irregular gaps and joints to provide a permanent flexible seal in a wide range of details. It responds to continued expansion and contraction cycles caused by thermal and structural movement. Expands to approximately 5 times its pre-compressed thickness. Expandagap BG1 provides sound reduction when installed.

• Resistant to U.V., ozone, fungus and bacteria
• External and internal use.
• Can be over painted with water based acrylic paint.
• Impregnated with flame retardant acrylate.
• Easy to fix.
• Seals against cold, dust, draught, debris and rain.
• Provides a water tight seal.
• Non-tainting, suitable for use in contact with potable water.
