InvestMin meets General Electric Healthcare's delegation to boost investments

 Minister Hassan El-Khatib, responsible for Investment and Foreign Trade, held discussions with a delegation from General Electric Healthcare to assess the company’s existing and upcoming commitments within the Egyptian market.
During the meeting, the minister underscored the ministry's commitment to extending comprehensive support to facilitate the company's growth within Egypt.
This collaborative effort aims to not only cater to local demands but also to leverage free trade agreements for regional and global market outreach.
El-Khatib highlighted Egypt's investment prospects and competitive edge in attracting both domestic and international investments, citing factors such as access to raw materials, skilled workforce, energy resources, strategic location, and a vast consumer base.
The General Electric Healthcare team commended Egypt's current investment landscape, aligning well with their strategic expansion objectives.
They emphasized the local market's importance and the lucrative prospects it presents for advancing the domestic medical device industry to meet escalating market demands.
