GabMet- FC® Washable metal air filters are widely used in  commercial and Industrial HVAC systems to protect the heat transfer coils from becoming coated with dust and lint. They are also used as prefilters to higher efficiency filters. Washable filters are ideally suited for installation where high-moisture conditions exist. Lightweight construction makes them easy to handle, install, and clean.

  GabMet-FC Multiple Layers of Pleated Media or Wire Mesh to Capture More Dirt An aluminum, galvanized, or stainless steel U-channel frame is wrapped around the perimeter of crimped layers of fine wire mesh expanded metal sheets. This design produces an even distribution of air and minimizes surface loading of the filter. Performance of the filter is exceptional. The filters have a large dust-holding capacity, which can be renewed by washing the filter. The frame can be designed with drain holes to ensure removal of excess water (optional) Easy to clean and install                                    GabMet-FC Air Filters they are easy to install. The filters can be washed in a solution of detergent and warm water or cleaned with compressed air.
