Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shokry and a Fatah Movement delegation discussed Tuesday the humanitarian and security conditions in the Palestinian territories that include Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Eastern Jerusalem.   The delegation was led by Deputy Head of the Fatah Movement Mahmoud al-Aloul, and included Chair of the Palestinian National Council Rawhy Fatouh, Member of the Executive Committee of the Palestinian Liberation Front Azzam al-Ahmed, and Member of Fatah's Central Committee Samir al-Refai.   Minister Shokry was briefed on the unprecedented Israeli violations and restrictions on Palestinians in Jerusalem and worshippers in Al Aqsa Mosque, which may incur more unrest across Palestinian territories.   The delegation also expressed appreciation for Egypt's role in pushing for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and in delivering humanitarian aid.   The Egyptian minister denounced Israel's ceaseless illegitimate expansion. The latest of which is the endorsement of the confiscation of 8,000 dunams in the West Bank's Aghwar area. The minister equally expressed rejection to any plans and attempts of the forced displacement of Palestinians with the aim of liquidating the Palestinian Cause.   Minister Shokry affirmed that Egypt was intensifying efforts with international parties to end the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories by establishing a Palestinian state that would be a full member of the United Nations.               Egypt Today
