With a strong focus on quality, the company specializes in producing 72% extraction wheat flour, a staple ingredient for an array of products including bread, biscuits, pastries, and pasta. Additionally, ECGM produces hard wheat bran, a vital component of cattle fodder, and soft wheat bran, used in specialty bread and bakery products.

ECGM’s story is one of continuous growth and ambition. Starting as a small operation with a production capacity of 60 tons per day, the company quickly demonstrated its ability to adapt and innovate. Within its first year, production increased to 80 tons per day, setting a strong foundation for future expansion. By steadily enhancing its processes and capabilities, ECGM reached a daily production of 100 tons, carving out its place as a key small-to-medium enterprise in the Egyptian grain market.
