Cleopatra Plastics Factory: A Legacy of Excellence in Plastic Manufacturing
Founded in 1970 by Chemist Ahmed El Azhary, Cleopatra Plastics Factory has been a leader in Egypt’s plastic manufacturing industry. Initially located in Cairo’s Abuo El Ela district, the factory moved to Six of October City in 1992. This relocation marked a significant step in its growth and innovation.
Modern Facilities for Superior Production
The factory spans 3,750 square meters and includes two main buildings. The first is a two-story facility covering 1,690 square meters. It houses raw materials and finished product warehouses, a molds workshop, a design department, and management offices. The second building is the production area, which features a steel structure facility of 864 square meters, along with a 95-square-meter administration wing.
Cleopatra Plastics Factory operates 28 advanced machines, with capacities ranging from 30 to 330 tons. Notably, a 470-ton machine is set to arrive in April. This addition will further boost production efficiency.
Expertise in Injection Molding
With over five decades of experience, Cleopatra Plastics Factory is renowned for its expertise in injection molding. The skilled team works with both ordinary and engineering-grade plastics, delivering high-quality results.
Additionally, the factory’s in-house mold workshop is equipped with 3D printing technology. This enables the creation of intricate injection molds, alongside their maintenance and repair. Such capabilities ensure the factory meets the diverse needs of its clients.
A Diverse Product Range
Cleopatra Plastics Factory serves numerous industries with a variety of plastic products. These include food and cosmetic packaging, advertising giveaways, household items, and hotel supplies. Moreover, it produces parts for aluminum windows, bus cabins, and concrete sleepers. Other products include plastic caps, lids, paint bottles, and components for packing lines.

Cleopatra Plastics Factory has consistently prioritized quality. In 2009, it implemented rigorous quality management systems. By 2011, it achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification from QS Zurich AG. Later, in 2017, it earned ISO 9001:2015 certification from Intertek. These milestones highlight the factory’s dedication to excellence.
