Egyptian FM Shoukry and French FM Stephane Sejourne held a meeting Saturday at the Tahrir Palace, where they stressed inevitability of achieving a ceasefire and ending the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza.
“We value our strategic friendship with & look forward to developing them to broader horizons. FMs stressed the inevitability of achieving a ceasefire & ending the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza,” Egyptian Foreign Ministry said.
In Cairo, Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Jordan & France hold trilateral consultations on crisis in Gaza.
The three ministers stressed that a joint action needed to reach a permanent ceasefire, as well as dealing with the dire human situation endured by Palestinians in the Strip.
