Description<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The process of upgrading the Suez Public Free Zone (Al-Arbia) is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 concerning the regulation of contracts concluded by public entities and its executive regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The terms and specifications booklet can be obtained from the General Administration of Contracts and Procurement at the Authority’s building in the Diplomatic Quarter, behind Al-Wafaa Wal Amal, for a fee of EGP 4,000 plus 14% VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bids must be submitted to the Head of the General Secretariat Sector in two separate envelopes, one for the technical offer and the other for the financial offer. The technical envelope must be accompanied by a preliminary deposit of EGP 2,200,000.<\/span><\/p>\n

The opening of the technical envelopes will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Authority’s headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eligible companies are those registered with the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building and integrated works (Category 1).<\/span><\/p>\n

A down payment of up to 20% of the total contract value is permitted against a certified bank guarantee without any restrictions or conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
