Conditions:<\/span>
\nTechnical bids will be opened at the Authority’s headquarters in Menoufia on Monday, April 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM, which is the final deadline. Bidders whose bids are technically accepted will be notified of the date for the financial bid opening. The tender document and specifications can be obtained from the Menoufia branch. The technical envelope must include the original data certificate from the Contractors’ Union, and the contractor must be classified at the level appropriate to the work for which the bid is submitted. Prices must include all taxes, fees, and other charges, including VAT. Original documents must be presented to the company for review. The winning contractor is responsible for any metalwork executed within the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notes:<\/span>
\nThe bid must not be subject to any conflicting conditions. The provisions of the Authority’s procurement regulations, published in the Official Gazette, Issue No. 199 (supplement), on September 5, 2017, and amended in Issue No. 183 (supplement), on August 19, 2021, as well as the provisions of the law, shall apply. Law No. 182 of 2018, the Contracts Regulation Law and its Executive Regulations, stipulate that, in order to activate the electronic payment system, companies submitting bids must provide a bank account number certified by both the bank where the account is held and the Central Bank. Furthermore, competing companies must register their data on the Public Procurement Portal and the Electronic Invoice System.<\/span><\/p>\n
