The branch announces its need for the repair of a Harrier brand centrifuge (American made) at Ahmed Orabi Clinic, through a direct agreement in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 concerning contracts concluded by public entities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions:<\/span>
\n\u2022<\/span>
\nPayment via electronic invoice payable to the Unified Procurement Authority.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Inspection and repair will take place at Ahmed Orabi Comprehensive Clinic.<\/span>
\n\u2022 If the device requires further repairs or spare parts, a separate technical report will be provided.<\/span>
\n\u2022 20% of the VAT amount will be deducted and paid by the branch to the Tax Authority. The company will pay the remaining VAT amount according to Circular No. 75 of 2020 through the Unified Procurement Authority.<\/span>
