Description<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Replacement\u00a0, expansion, and maintenance of 4 schools in Sohag.<\/span>
\nTechnical opening session on Monday, February 16, 2026.<\/span>
\nNote that the announcement was published in Al-Akhbar newspaper on January 29, 2026,<\/span>
\naccording to the 2023 price list.<\/span>
\n*A down payment of up to 25% may be disbursed against an unconditional bank guarantee of the same value.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions:<\/span>
\nBids must be submitted in two envelopes (technical and financial). The initial deposit must be attached to the technical envelope and paid in cash (electronic payment) or an unconditional bank guarantee valid for 120 days, which will be increased to 5% upon award.<\/span>
\n2- Applicants must include with the technical envelope the original data certificate from the Contractors Union and proof of registration in the electronic tax invoice.<\/span>
\n3- Prices include all taxes, fees, and expenses, including value-added tax.<\/span>
\n4- The Authority’s procurement regulations, published in the Official Gazette, Issue No. (199 Supplement), on September 5, 2017, and its amendments, shall apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notes:<\/span>
\nCompanies submitting bids must include a bank account number, certified by the bank where the account is held and the Central Bank, in the technical envelope. Competing companies must register their data on the Public Procurement Portal.<\/span>
\nCooperative societies must specify the name of the contractor nominated to execute each operation separately in the technical envelope, attaching all their data. The Authority has the right to reject the bid in case of failure to specify the name of the contractor or if it is proven that the contractor has not fulfilled its obligations to the Authority.<\/span><\/p>\n
