Periodic maintenance of (2) elevators at the Khanka General Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions:<\/span>
\nBids should be submitted to the Contracts Department of the General Authority for the Courts Buildings Fund, Ministry of Justice, New Administrative Capital, 2nd Floor, Zone 2, Attention: Mr. Amr Mehran. The technical envelope must contain the tax card, commercial registration, VAT registration certificate, construction card, company articles of incorporation, and proof of registration on the Public Procurement Portal. The financial envelope must contain the price offered for the required work in Egyptian pounds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notes:<\/span>
\n* The bid must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, one for the technical offer and the other for the financial offer.<\/span>
\n* Proof of the establishment’s registration on the Public Procurement Portal must be provided<\/span>
\n. * Proof of the establishment’s registration on the electronic invoicing system must be provided.<\/span>
\n* The process is subject to the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 and its executive regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n
