The attached price quotation stipulates<\/span><\/p>\n

the following conditions:<\/span>
\nPriority will be given to Egyptian products, in accordance with Article (4) of Law No. 5 of 2015 concerning the preference for Egyptian products. The applicant must submit the following with their price quotation:<\/span>
\n1- A copy of the applicant’s valid national ID card or that of their representative, along with proof of agency.<\/span>
\n2- A copy of the valid VAT registration certificate and tax card.<\/span>
\n3- A copy of the valid tax card.<\/span>
\n4- A copy of the valid commercial registration.<\/span>
\n5- A notarized power of attorney or authorization for the principal or the person authorized to submit the bid.<\/span>
\n6- A statement of previous work with government agencies, if any.<\/span>
\n7- The delivery period explicitly stated.<\/span>
\n8-<\/span><\/p>\n

\nAll procedures will be completed in the same session, including opening the financial envelopes and awarding the contract, immediately after opening and examining the technical envelopes for the process and excluding non-compliant bids, in accordance with Article 28 of the aforementioned law. The initial deposit is unconditional and amounts to EGP 470 (four hundred and seventy Egyptian pounds only). Payment must be made electronically to account number 10500616, pursuant to the Minister of Finance’s decision, no later than 9:00 AM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Regarding inquiries and site visits, applicants may submit a request to the Contracts Department at the college for<\/span><\/p>\n
