Founded<\/h3>\n

Startex Textile Co., founded in 1991, our goal was to establish a manufacturing company capable of producing a wide variety of textile fabrics, then further expanding in the fields of dyeing, printing and finishing.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our first manufacturing<\/h3>\n

Our first manufacturing plant consisted of 38 weaving machines with a production capacity of 2.5 million meters per year at the time our weaving plant was specialized in weaving cotton, viscos and mixed fabrics.
\nAll woven fabrics were being dyed, printed and finished outside our factory.
\nWorking with the best and most reliable dyeing, printing and finishing factories in Egypt gave us the opportunity to introduce very high quality and updated fashion fabrics to our customers.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Waterjet Looms<\/h3>\n

Startex shifted its weaving production line from mainly producing cotton, viscos and mixed fabrics to 100% polyester fabrics, with the introduction of 148 waterjet looms.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our first dyeing house<\/h3>\n

Our first dyeing house started production. Being able to introduce our own plain dyed finished fabrics successfully, gave us encouragement to plan out further expansion and look forward to printing.
\nThe Korean manufacturing capabilities gave us the inspiration of employing a head Korean engineer in each section of our factory. Their knowledge and endorsement in each field has allowed us to extend beyond our local market and start exporting.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Startex was able to fulfill all needs of textile production by adoption of the two-flatbed printing machine and one rotary printing machine.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Starting Export<\/h3>\n

Export department shipped its first container to Europe. Egypt\u2019s geographic existence places us at a central trading point, which gave us the advantage of exploring the European market and further into the rest of the world.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Second Dyeing house<\/h3>\n

Startex in 2012 has the Second Dyeing house started production specialized in cotton dyeing & finishing.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Second rotary printer<\/h3>\n

Thankfully we have added a new secondary state of the art rotary printing machine to our printing department which now makes a total of four printing machines (two flatbed printers and two rotary printers).<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
