Furthermore, the founders, led by Misr Company for Measurement and Control, bring over 30 years of experience. They have worked in metal supply and smelting furnace operations. What We Do<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

At Arab Alloys, we specialize in producing ferrosilicon\u2014an alloy made from iron and silicon. The silicon content typically ranges from 15% to 90% by weight. This alloy plays a key role in steelmaking, as it removes oxygen and strengthens the steel.<\/span><\/p>\n

For lower silicon grades, we use blast furnaces lined with acid fire bricks. In contrast, we produce higher silicon content alloys using electric arc furnaces. To maintain efficiency, we rely on high-quality raw materials and modern production techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, our processes are designed to be environmentally friendly. We reduce waste, save energy, and produce valuable byproducts like microsilica, which supports cleaner manufacturing.<\/span><\/p>\n
