History
Founded in 2018, EES emerged from the merger of Energy-Technik (ET) L.L.C and Sola L.L.C. Energy-Technik, established by Mohamed Bersy and Ahmed Handoussa in 2017, quickly became a successful startup with a strong operational foundation and a growing portfolio of solar photovoltaic installations. Sola L.L.C, founded by Prof. Yehea Ismail and Dr. Amr Helmy, brought extensive academic and research expertise to the table. The merger was driven by the mutual interest in combining practical engineering solutions with cutting-edge research and development.
Licenses
EES is licensed by the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) under license number 399, issued on April 5, 2020, and is listed as number 91 on the NREA registration list. Additionally, our company is registered with the General Authority for Petroleum, qualifying us to provide services to Oil & Gas companies.
