Advanced Machinery and Production Capacity
Our factories are equipped with top-of-the-line machinery, including six gang-saws, automatic polishing lines for slabs, bridge cutting machines, tumbling machines, and granite flaming machines. We utilize Italian slabs polishing machines from Pedrini, which ensure a superior finish with a series of 20 polishing plates fitted with increasingly finer abrasives.
CIDG Egyptian Marble Factory production lines include:
- Automatic Polishing Line: Equipped with 20 polishing plates for a gradual, superior finish.
- Epoxy Resin Treatment Line: Capable of producing 1000 m² per shift with various finishes.
- Calibration Machine Line: Ensures precise slab thickness.
- Maxima 5-axis CNC Machine: Used for contouring, milling, and carving.
Custom Solutions and Rigorous Quality Control
At CIDG Egyptian Marble Factory, we provide custom solutions with our six bridge cutting machines from Italy, tailored to cut large slabs into precise, custom sizes. Our tumbling machines create an antique aesthetic for marble and limestone tiles, while our flaming machines produce high-quality flamed granite slabs with precision.
Our waterjet cutting machine, the Intec-G2R Value Series, offers unparalleled performance, cutting through materials up to 200mm thick with precision. Additionally, our edge polishing machines deliver perfect edge finishes for various materials, including marble and granite.
