Initially operating as an individual firm, it evolved into Radwa Trading & Contracting in 2001, focusing on concrete integrated works. The company specializes in various masonry works including brick, stone-Hashimi, basalt, gravel, colored mica, and Alsornaja, among others.
In 2009, Ismailia Constructions Co expanded its operations, incorporating import and export services. This strategic move led to the establishment of Ismailia Construction as a joint-stock company under the Investment Authority in 2010, adhering to Law No. 159. The company has successfully combined technical expertise and a strong market presence, reflecting in its numerous accomplishments.

Ismailia Constructions Co operates from two main branches: New Cairo and Balsmaalip. Additionally, the company owns a factory in the industrial zone for marble and granite, Helwan, and a new administration building under construction in New Cairo’s industrial city, covering an area of 6000 m².
